About This Trip
The Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of Nepal’s most spectacular and less crowded trekking adventures. Encircling Mount Manaslu (8,163 m) the world’s eighth-highest mountain this trek offers an extraordinary journey through remote Himalayan landscapes, authentic mountain villages, and ancient Buddhist culture.
Located in the Manaslu Conservation Area, the trail passes through deep river valleys, lush forests, dramatic gorges, alpine meadows, and high mountains passes. Trekkers experience a fascinating mix of Hindu and Tibetan-influenced cultures, ancient monasteries, and traditional mountain lifestyles.
The highlight of the trek is crossing the breathtaking Larke Pass (5,160 m), one of the most dramatic high mountain passes in Nepal. From this point, trekkers are rewarded with incredible panoramic views of Manaslu, Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru, and Annapurna II.
